JOB ID 10918: Software Analyst

Job duties include:

• Gather, understand, and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements on small/medium/large size projects.
• Analyze the business needs of clients and stakeholders to help identify business problems and propose solutions.
• Define, design, and document business flows and processes on small medium size projects.
• Investigate operational needs and problems, and opportunities, contributing to the improvements within the area of responsibility.
• Gather Business Requirements Determination (BRD) documents specifications for enhancements.
• Work directly with Architects and Product Owners to manage the technical aspects of the IT project.
• Employ Agile/SCRUM methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
• Participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to gather quality requirements and specifications.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Engg, Business Mgmt or related with at least 60 months of experience. Salary offered ranges between $165173.00 to $167000.00/year. Full-time position at 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Travel and relocation possible to various unanticipated client locations throughout the United States may be required.
